1. Right to Return

Customers located in Germany and the European Union have the right to return eligible products within 14 days of receiving their order, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

For customers outside the European Union, including the United States, we also accept eligible returns within 14 days of delivery unless otherwise stated on the product page.

2. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.
  • The return request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Gift cards
  • Clearance or final-sale items
  • Products that have been used, damaged, or altered by the customer
  • Hygiene-sensitive products where applicable

4. How to Request a Return

5. Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, LittleJoy Collective will cover reasonable return shipping costs or provide a replacement where applicable.

6. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include clear photographs showing:

  • The product received
  • Any damage or defect
  • The packaging and shipping label

We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

8. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they have been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it must follow the standard return procedure outlined in this policy.

9. European Union Consumer Rights

If you are a consumer residing within the European Union, you may have additional statutory rights that cannot be limited or excluded by this policy.
